Within the framework of cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Higher Education, both Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt to send 

scholarships, studies and scientific, which contributes to the upgrading of the level of performance and development of human capacities, the Sector of Cultural Affairs and Missions (Central Administration of Missions) announces the opening of the competitive system for training courses in specialization for all fields to collect the scientific material according to the following rules:

Objective of the program:

1- Collect the scientific material for the pre-Masters for three months outside the country

2 - Collect the scientific material for the pre-doctoral for six months outside the country

3 - Post-masters training for masters who have a master's degree and are not register to the doctoral degree at the time of applying for the declaration for three months outside the country

Period: From 1/6/2019 until 31/7/2019
