· Program duration: maximum four years.

· The dispatch will be in accordance with available funding

· The missions do not bear any expenses for the family or accompanying guests during the period of dispatch.

13.And all other research initiatives in-line with the national 2030 vision

Conditions of progress:

1. The applicant must be an assistant lecturer or an assistant researcher in one of the entities listed in the mission plan, and his service should not be less than two years.

2. The age of the applicant must not be above 30 years at the date of the declaration in accordance with Article 11 of the Law on Missions No. 112 of 1959, and the article of the Executive Committee has been approved after taking the opinion of the sending party that it exceeded the age requirement for considerations related to the public interest.

3. If the applicant is registered for a doctorate, the duration of the registration shall not exceed one year in the date of the announcement. If he is not registered for a doctorate, his term shall not exceed two years.

4. The general grade of the undergraduate degree should be very good at least.

5. The applicant must have a master's degree in the specialization of the mission.

6. Obtain 7 IELTS or 94 International TOEFL scores in IBT at the time of application (valid for two years from the date of the exam and provide the original certificate of the language). If the student is traveling to a non-English speaking country, The state.

7. The military service has been discharged or exempted (for males only)

8. Have not previously received a scholarship or grant for the purpose of obtaining a doctorate

9. Completely accepted in a foreign university of the world ranking (according to the universities declared)

10. Adoption of the data form from the sending authority

Required papers:

1. A certified statement at undergraduate level and general appreciation in English language.

2. To show the estimates in all the different subjects in all the years of study for the undergraduate level and the general assessment in each academic year alone.

3. Certified certificate proving the master's degree or the equivalent in English

4. The applicant must have a master's degree in the specialization of the mission.

5. A certificate on the date of registration in case he is registered for a doctorate or restricted.

6. Certificate of English language at the level of 7 IELTS or equivalent in the TOEFL 94 IBT exam (valid for the certificate of two years from the date of the exam and provide the original certificate of the language). In the case of a student traveling to a non-English speaking country, a certificate of study is given for the study in this country.

7. To inform the sending authority not to obtain a scholarship or grant it for the purpose of obtaining a doctorate.

8. Draft research plan in English in no more than three pages approved by the department or division in the sending agency and the Dean of the College.

9. Acceptance of the employer to apply for these grants is approved by the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research or equivalent in the research centers.

10. Final approval from one of the universities with the academic ranking globally (attached).

11. Copy of the military service certificate stamped (replica copy) from the sending authority.

12. A data form certified by the employer in Arabic and English from the Dean of the College.
