The British classification of scientific for universities "QS" issued in 2018 ranked the Egyptian universities during the report published on 

the ranking of Egyptian universities in the scientific and literary disciplines. The report pointed to the progress of 5 Egyptian universities among 24 in the scientific and literary disciplines: the universities of Cairo, Alexandria, Ain Shams, Mansoura and the American University in Cairo

The rank of the University of Mansoura is in the range (451 to 500) in the medical field.
