The University of Mansoura University approved in its last session, chaired by Prof. Mohamed El-Kenawy, the President of the University, to review the regulation of post-graduate studies according to the memorandum submitted by Prof. Rida Sayed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Arts to amend the conditions of registration for postgraduate studies (Masters and PhD) TOEFL certificate and ICDL certificate as a prerequisite for registration for Master and Ph.D degrees.
The Council has approved the amendment of the Article 9 of the Regulation of Postgraduate Studies at the University and the exception of the following colleges (Arts, Commerce, Education, Law, Specific Education, Physical Education, Agriculture, Kindergarten): the TOEFL certificate and ICDL certificate as a prerequisite for the discussion of Master's and PhD's degree and not the registration.
