The Board of University of Mansoura University held its session on 30/7/2018 and discusses the amendment of Article (39) of the Post-graduate Studies Regulations

 by applying the new rules for postgraduate students enrolled as of 1/9/2017. Therefore, the new rules of the regulations do not apply to students enrolled before this date except the ICDL certificate is required to registered students as of 10/2016.

The Council of the University also decided in its session on 28/5/2018 that the ICDL and TOEFL certificate should be considered as a form of discussion and not a registration in faculties of Arts, Commerce, Law, Education, Specific Education, Physical Education, Agriculture, Kindergarten and Tourism and Hotels.
