In the framework of developing the postgraduate and research sector, the university council approved on June 18, 2017,

 the adoption of new rules for registration for the master's and doctorate degrees in Mansoura University. In addition, the post-graduate students have to provide a certificate from the university's digital library Egyptian, reported that this subject has not been registered yet in any of Egyptian Universities starting from 1/9/2017 as well as the start of applying the plagiarism program in Arabic dissertations: Commerce, Education, Agriculture and Engineering faculty in 1/7/2017.
