Applicants should apply to the Digital Library Unit at the Supreme Council of Universities at Cairo University to apply for a report of impact factor of journals,in which the papers have published, simultaneously with the submission of a report of plagiarism at the unit's headquarters at their university. This is to send them to the scientific committees.
