The administration of International Students at Mansoura University has organized the second induction festival for international students from different nationalities for the second year with the participation of 10 ambassadors and cultural attachés of Arab, African and Asian countries.
Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed El-Kenawy, President of the University, Prof. Ashraf Abdel-Basit, Vice President for Education and Students, Prof. Ashraf Swailam, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Zaki Zidan, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and the organization of Prof. Hossam Eddin Mustafa, supervisor of the administration of International Students, and Mrs. Sahar Al-Iraqi, director of the of administration of International Students.The ceremony was attended by Mr. Helmy Fawzi, Ambassador of Indonesia, Dr. Khuloud Rashid, Cultural Advisor to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Zeinab Haroun, Cultural Attaché of Libya, Dr. Mohammed Khalid Al Azhar, Cultural Counselor of the Palestine Embassy, Abdulhamid Al-Bishri, Consul of the Embassy of Sudan, Prof. Nasra Mohammed Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Somalia, Dr. Mohamed Al-Fal, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of Mauritania, Dr. Wahib Khadabakhsh, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of Yemen, Mr. Shadi, Assistant Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Jordan, The educational counselor of the Embassy of Malaysia, Mr. Mohammed Salim, Deputy Cultural Counselor of Iraq.
The aim of the festival is to highlight what Mansoura University offers to international students. The events include an educational exhibition that includes the presentation of new and distinguished programs in all faculties of the university.
The Yemeni student Hassan Omar gave a speech on behalf of all the international students at the university in which he emphasized the privileges of Mansoura University.
On the sidelines of the festival, Prof. Mohamed El-Kenawy, and Prof. Ashraf Swailam, inaugurated the exhibition of educational programs at various faculties.
