Mutual Cooperation Agreement between Mansoura University and The National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development
Today on Tuesday 25th January 2022, a mutual cooperation agreement between Mansoura University and the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development (the training center of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development) was signed. Prof. Ashraf Tarek Hafez, Vice-President of the University for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Cultural Relations, and Prof. Sheriefa Sherief, Director of the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development signed the agreement. It is noteworthy that the University Development Center at Mansoura University will fulfill this agreement.
Prof. Ashraf Hafez confirmed the importance of training and the development of the capabilities of teaching staff, students and employees in order to prepare them for facing the requirements of the current jobs. Besides, he pointed out the importance of the development of the staff’s skills in order to cope with the future needs. Further, he stressed that the training helps prepare elites who are well-trained for work requirements.
The agreement aims at strengthening the bonds of mutual cooperation in the fields of development, the restoration of the administrative structure, the development of human capabilities, scientific research, consultation services, and other various fields that the both parties care for. Further, these interests will be agreed on according to the available possibilities according to this agreement.
The attendees from Mansoura University were: Prof. Mohamed ElAlfy, Director of University Development Center, Dr. Samah ElSaid, Deputy Director of the Center, and Mrs. Zeihan ElDerieny, Director of Cultural Relations Administration at the University. The attendees from the National Institute for Governance & Sustainable Development were: Mr. Nabil Foad, General Manager of Business Development and Human Resources Administration, Mrs. Amany Eldeeb, Manager of International Cooperation Administration and Mrs. Mareez Adel, Coordinator of Business Development.
