Dr. Mohamed Ramadan Elmorsy earned his B.Sc. in Chemistry with distinction and honors and his M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, both from Mansoura University, Egypt. He joined North Carolina State University, USA from February 2016 to March 2018 as a joint supervision mission member and earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in December 2018. Dr. Elmorsy works on different projects that span molecular modeling, synthesis, characterization of dyes, and molecular engineering of high efficiency photosensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).
