Today, Mansoura University welcomed its new and senior students for the new academic year 2022/2023. The regularity of the study started from early hours of Saturday 1st October 2022 at different 18 faculties of the University. The congratulation banners spread in the faculties’ yard as well as the streets of the University to welcome more than 170,000 female and male students.

Prof. Mahmoud Mohamed ElMeligy- Charge d’ Affairs of Mansoura University Presidency and Prof. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumy- Vice-President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs inspected the welcoming ceremony of the students at different faculties and the regularity of the study.

Prof. Mohamed Attia El-Bayoumy- Vice-President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs made an inspection tour to welcome the new students. He inspected the various activities that were held by the General Administration of Students’ Welfare inside the University’s Campus such as: (sports- cultural- artistic- social – rangers team – students’ League- students with disabilities welfare- leader’s preparation- scientific ones). A number of places were prepared for welcoming the new students with flowers, water, information guide of important places for the students and memorial gifts. He inspected the welcoming ceremonies of the students at the Center of People with Disabilities with the attendance of Prof. Samah Khamees- Director of the Center. He was accompanied by: Dr. Mohamed Sabry Saraya- Coordinator of Students’ Activities at the University, Mr. Mohamed Abou-Elhassan-General Director of Students’ Welfare, Dr. Ahmed ElGeidy as well as a number of managers of administrations at the General Administration of Students’ Welfare. By the end of the tour, he wished a successful year for his dearest students.

Dr. Mahmoud Abou-Elmagd- The Spokesperson for the President of Mansoura University stated that different faculties welcomed the new and senior students through welcoming ceremonies inside all University’s faculties. Besides, each faculty was prepared for welcoming the students in the amidst of the joy for starting the new academic year. He confirmed the regularity of the educational process in all lecture halls, amphitheater, laboratories and sections. Further, he pointed out the commitment of the faculty members to the schedules from the first day of the study. In addition, the University’s hostels received a number of female and male students with applying the precautionary measures in the entrance of the university and faculties, and inside the lecture halls.
