34 Scientists of Mansoura University are among the Highly Cited Researchers in Stanford List for the Year 2021
Elsevier Database has recently published a study by Stanford University, one of the biggest American universities that named an update of the list of the world’s Top 2% most widely cited scientists. A number of 34 Scientists of Mansoura University were among the Highly Cited Researchers in Stanford List for the year 2021.
In addition to, a number of 26 highly cited scientists of Mansoura University were listed, based on their total scientific production as follows: eight from the Faculty of Science- five from the Faculty of Medicine- five from the Faculty of Engineering-three from the Faculty of Pharmacy- two from the Faculty of Computers & Information, one from the Faculty of Agriculture, one from the Faculty of Dentistry, and one from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine).
It is noteworthy that Dr. Mahmoud Noman AlHadad, one of the employees of the administrative sector at the Faculty of Science (Micro-analytical unit) was named for the first time in the list of highly cited scientists for the year 2021.
The importance of the study came out of Scopus database and its analysis by using unified measurement to reach accurate and documented results that include references, H-index, a number of researches, accurate specializations and other criteria.
