Providing technological services to serve the educational process, faculty members and the administrative apparatus of the college through
Supporting the skills of faculty members to produce modern electronic courses on the international network, raising students’ efficiency in using them and encouraging them to self-learning

The Information Technology Unit at the Faculty of Science, Mansoura University seeks to develop and implement a self-paced technological educational system by providing distinguished e-learning according to international quality standards, and preparing high-quality learning supported by modern technology to communicate with the requirements of the modern era in Egypt and the Arab region, and to attract more students. Egyptians and foreigners, and the expansion of distance learning in university and graduate education
Unit Objectives:
- Spreading the culture of e-learning in the college.
- Helping faculty members to produce and convert their courses into electronic courses.
- Providing courses and workshops for faculty members and the supporting staff.
- Supervising and updating the college website.
- Publish all news and events of the college on the website and social networking sites.
- Helping faculty members to prepare CVs and their websites.
- Follow up the work of the internal network of the college.
- Carrying out the required expansions of the college's wired and wireless network in coordination with the university's network.
