  Our goal in launching this website is to introduce the Department of Geology vision, mission and strategic objectives, and through light on the organizational structure of the department and staff members. The site also conveys an illustrative picture of student and research laboratories, as well as symposia, conferences, the Geological Museum, scientific and research trips and other important data about the Department of Geology as an integral part of the integrated system of the Faculty of Sciences, Mansoura University.

  The Department of Geology aims to provide sound scientific bases for the earth science field, establish the infrastructure for a better future, and graduate generations with distinguished efficiency and high skills capable of playing vigorous role in the renaissance of the nation, wishing them success in their careers and helping our country in advancing the process of scientific and cultural development.
